OneSource Staffing Highlights the Pennsylvania Training for Health & Safety (PATHS) Program: A Win for Workers and Employers

At OneSource Staffing, we’re dedicated to connecting talented individuals with leading employers across Pennsylvania. A crucial element of a successful and thriving workplace is a strong commitment to health and safety. That’s why we’re excited to shine a spotlight on a fantastic resource available to businesses and workers throughout the Commonwealth: the Pennsylvania Training for Health & Safety (PATHS) program.

What is PATHS?

The PATHS program, proudly offered by the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, is a no-fee, statewide service designed to provide employers and employees with easy access to high-quality, cost-effective health and safety resources. Their mission is simple yet vital: to support safer workplaces across Pennsylvania.

How OneSource Staffing Connects with PATHS

As a leading staffing agency in Pennsylvania, OneSource Staffing regularly places individuals in diverse work environments. We understand the importance of ensuring that our placed talent, and the businesses we partner with, are operating in the safest possible conditions. By highlighting the PATHS program, we aim to:

  • Empower our candidates: We encourage all job seekers to take advantage of these free resources to enhance their safety knowledge and skills, making them even more valuable to potential employers.
  • Support our employer partners: We advocate for our clients to leverage PATHS’ offerings to strengthen their safety programs, reduce costs, and create a healthier environment for their entire workforce.
  • Contribute to a safer Pennsylvania: By promoting awareness of PATHS, we contribute to the overall goal of reducing workplace incidents and fostering a culture of safety across the state.

PATHS will offer more than 50 training sessions in August to educate on back to school, opioid use, OSHA and labor rights.  Other topics include dealing with angry people and aggressive driving and road rage.
