As the holiday season grows nearer, OneSource Staffing employees are taking a step back and noticing the little things for which we are thankful. From our newest Staffing Managers to our most seasoned leaders, all of OneSource has taken a couple minutes to truly reflect on the aspects of our jobs, our families, and our communities that bring us the most joy throughout the year.

For the past few years, we have seen our communities endure more hardships than we could have ever expected, but it is through the strength and resilience of our internal staff, associates, and clients that we have been able to come out stronger. In honor of all of this hard work, OneSource Staffing employees were asked to submit a short statement on what they were most thankful for this holiday season.

Our Family and Friends

We are thankful for our families and friends. As we’ve all learned to navigate the new world we’ve found ourselves in, our families and friends have been instrumental in reminding us why we do what we do. Spouses, children, parents, and more have been our biggest support system and greatest strength. Without them, we would not be where we are today.

Our Careers

OneSource Staffing’s culture is one of encouragement and positivity. From the very top of the company, we are consistently encouraged to pursue our ideas and our dreams. Our leaders do everything they can to ensure that not only our business can grow, but we can grow along with it.

Our Associates

Finally, we are grateful for the hard-working, dedicated, and motivated associates we are lucky to work with each day. Without them, OneSource would not exist. Over the last few years, we have seen our associates brave some of the most challenging of obstacles to ensure our communities can keep running in the midst of an international crisis. We’re proud of our associates, and we hope they realize the importance of all they’ve done.
